He is also an experienced consultant specializing in real estate information management and developer of real estate software for buildings and infrastructure. He has designed and built various software solutions for ministries, municipalities, housing corporations, asset managers and research institutions. Regarding BuildUPspeed, Andre is responsible for the financial and justification part as well as decision making on relevant tasks.

Mohamed Elagiry is a professional architect and engineer with 15 years of experience in architectural design, BIM & Design Management and sustainable design. Mohamed has worked on a wide range of projects around the world, including high-rise and large-scale construction projects and he has worked as an R&D project manager on many H2020 projects and proposals. Mohamed works at DEMO as Senior Researcher / Business Developer and he is involved in initiating, coordinating and participating in European and national research projects. In addition, he fulfills a role as Business Consultant to link research and advisory activities and supports the advisory team, among other things, with real estate data collection in the form of “Scan to BIM”. Regarding BuildUPspeed, he is responsible for leading WP4 and its tasks, along T3.3.

Boglarka is a researcher at DEMO Consultants with a background in environmental science and sustainability. She studied Environmental Management for her BSc at Szent Istvan University in Budapest, Hungary. Later, she obtained her MSc degree in Sustainability at Utrecht University. She has worked on several R&D projects in Hungary as a junior researcher. Utilizing her knowledge of environmental, energy, and inspection areas, she is currently working on EU H2020 projects in the field of energy performance and sustainable renovation. Regarding BuildUPspeed, she is involved in WP4 activities developing the concept of pop-up factory and research their market readiness.
