On 5 December 2025, from 10:00 to 12:30 CET, UIPI will host the online event “Inspiring synergies to develop One-Stop Shops for Renovation in Spain”. The session will bring together representatives from all stakeholders involved in building renovation, including property owners, industry experts, and one-stop shop (OSS) practitioners, for a productive discussion on key topics surrounding the acceleration of building renovation.
The event will explore concrete tools, successful approaches, and lessons learned from other European initiatives, helping participants understand what can be replicated or adapted to strengthen OSS models in Spain.
Our aim is that this session supports the development of accessible and coordinated renovation services by presenting real experiences, common challenges and practical solutions from across Europe. This is a valuable opportunity for anyone committed to sustainable housing, energy efficiency and improving renovation support systems.
“Inspiring synergies to develop one-stop shops for renovation in Spain” is organised within the framework of the INSPIRE-US project in collaboration with RENPOWER, CondoReno, OneClickRENO, BuildUPspeed and GIDOMUS, all LIFE initiatives funded by the European Union.
