We’re happy to share the highlights from our recent 4th Consortium Meeting held in the city of Milan. Over two days of intensive discussions, workshops, and knowledge sharing, our consortium partners delved into the latest advancements and challenges in sustainable housing renovation. From strategic mapping for popup factories to developing sustainable business models, the agenda was full of sessions aimed at fostering collaboration and driving progress in our shared mission.
One of the key highlights was the workshop on developing the BuildUPspeed Market Activation platform, where partners explored innovative ways to connect with stakeholders and support the implementation of popup factories. The interactive discussions yielded valuable insights and laid the groundwork for future initiatives.
Another standout moment was the visit to the Italian Energiesprong project, offering firsthand exposure to innovations in energy-efficient housing renovation. The excursion, together with LIFE project EnergyPoverty0, provided valuable inspiration and practical learnings for our consortium members.
Throughout the meeting, the spirit of collaboration was good, with partners exchanging ideas, best practices, and lessons learned. We extend our thanks to all our partners for their active participation and contributions, making this consortium meeting a success. Together, we’re paving the way for a more sustainable future in housing renovation.
Stay tuned for more updates and insights from the BuildUPspeed project as we continue our journey.
