André van Delft a CEO of DEMO Consultants, responsible for strategy, management and business development. He is also an experienced consultant specializing in real estate information management and developer of real estate software for buildings and infrastructure. He has designed and built various software solutions for ministries, municipalities, housing corporations, asset managers and research institutions. Regarding BuildUPspeed, Andre is responsible for the financial and justification part as well as decision making on relevant tasks.

Sama has worked as an architect and project manager in diverse architectural firms in the Netherlands from 2013 to 2018 and as a guest lecturer at TU Delft, Faculty of Architecture from 2018 to 2022. Driven by her interests in spatial analysis and computational design, Sama has actively contributed to R&D projects, co-authoring papers, and developing research software tools for spatial computing. Currently, Sama leads and oversees multiple EU projects while also contributing to the writing of proposals for acquiring new projects. Central to Sama’s work is her commitment to excellence and innovation in the realization of DEMO’s mission and vision to support informed decision-making in the domains of Architecture and the Built Environment. She approaches each project with analytical rigor, creative insight, and pragmatism aiming not only to meet but exceed expectations.

Eren Cavusoglu is a researcher and project manager at DEMO Consultants with a background in civil and systems engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master’s in Civil Systems Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, where he developed data models and automated systems supporting the circular economy in the built environment. In addition, he completed the Micro-Credential in Sustainable & Inclusive Construction at TU Berlin, gaining entrepreneurial skills for innovation in sustainable building and living design. His Master’s thesis evaluates physics-based automated disassembly sequence planning simulation tools for aluminum window disassembly, focusing on reliability and key performance factors. Eren has over two years of experience as a student research assistant at TU Berlin, working on 3D deep learning applications such as semantic segmentation and object detection from raw point cloud data. At DEMO, he contributes to EU-funded projects like INBLANC, BuildUPspeed, Reincarnate, and OneClickReno, covering both technical research and exploitation activities. With his background in AI systems, he is dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technologies into research and industry solutions for the built environment.
