Domofrance is the largest social housing company in the Nouvelle Aquitaine French region. We are a subsidiary of the Action Logement group, we own 40,000 housing units and we include several professions (social landlord, builder, developer, seller (new and old), trustee).
We build 1,500 new rental housing units per year, 300 new housing units for social homeownership and 1,000 housing units for rehabilitation.

Patrick is the director of 4 departments within Domofrance: estate development (purchase of land, off-plan buildings and existing buildings), urban development (development of spaces for the sale of building land, restructuring of neighborhoods with deconstructions, rehabilitations, new constructions, outdoor facilities), Social access to property (construction and sale of new housing), and Rental project management (construction and rehabilitation of rental housing).
