Today and tomorrow we are delving into workshops on the Market Activation Platforms, ecosystem market profiling, and communication strategies.
We started with an exciting workshop hosted by Mohamed Elagiry and Boglárka Márkus from DEMO Consultants! We discovered how pop-up factory scenarios & the Market Activation Platform will transform our ecosystems. Sharing needs, tackling challenges, and connect these innovations to real solutions. After this, we let creativity flow. Our partners sketched their visions using examples from ecosystems worldwide. Finally, we categorized ideas, deciding essential features and non-priority elements. Getting ready to turn concepts into practical designs!
